Fireworks FAQ

Gates and fairground open at 2:00pm. Fairground rides are discounted to £2 until 4:00pm. The kids singalong fireworks show begins at 6:00pm, the main 270° fireworks, light and laser spectacular starts at 7:30pm, and the mega bonfire is lit at 8:15pm. Fairground closes at 10:00pm. You must aim to arrive at least 2 hours before the main display (by 5:30pm latest).

For 2026, we have completely upgraded the event: traffic management and parking have been overhauled with mandatory pre-booked ANPR parking, the bonfire has been moved to the centre of the crowd and will be lit AFTER the fireworks, gates open early at 2:00pm with £2 fairground rides until 4:00pm, and the main 270° show starts earlier at 7:30pm.
